I have designed a diabetic medication, carbohydrate, insulin/medication, diet tracking journal that is more useful than any commercially available journal. The size is small, and the pages are easy to read with no wasted space. Spaces also included to make notes about each day, and to keep track of health issues like medication regiment and AiC numbers.
