This book is a scrap book of my time working as a vegan chef in South Africa. It also have many of my recipes that have been created for people to recreate in their own kitchen, without the need for fancy equipment or ingredients. The aim is to inspire readers to get back into the kitchen build their own recipe book of plant based dishes!
