This book is the genealogy and biography of the Sensebach family in Germany, including those that migrated to colonial America. The familyÕs earliest roots trace to the 1500Õs in the County of Wied; the earliest confirmed ancestor was Chuno Christian Sensebach. Chuno was a university graduate in the early 1600Õs. He and his family were witness to the tumultuous history of the middle Rhine River region over the century that followed. In addition to Chuno, this book traces four generations of his descendants, including those who migrated to the British colony of New York. Appendices are included with detailed proofs.
