This book traces the history of the Herman and Henrietta Koch
family who emigrated from the Province of Lippe in Germany to
this country in 1852. The history is a reporting of extensive generational
information to serve as a current family reference so that
each member of the family may relate to the entire familyÑa discovery of who we are and where we came from. It is meant to be
a portrait of the family that embraces eight generations and nearly
two hundred years of family life as seen in 2001.
