Jim's uncle is four years older than him. Jim hates Stan for his teasing and his sarcastic ways. That is until Stan saves Jim from a kicking. From then on, they become firm friends. Friends until death. Neither thought that they were as close to that day as they were. Something awful has torn their friendship and Jim - wracked with guilt, needs to confide in someone. Mister Thomas offers a shoulder, but is this all he is offering? Confused and tortured, Jim has to find some way of telling the world what he has done.
