Throughout his career, he worked diligently to ensure that every mission was carried out to the best of his ability while upholding the noble virtues he learned from his rural upbringing in Scottsville, Kentucky of Òduty, honor, family, church, and country.Ó A husband, a father, a grandfather, and a great-grandfather, Col.
