A collection of works by members of the Power of the Pen club, this book is a celebration of the clubÕs creativity and writing technique. Club members consist of middle school students who have a passion for writing. Once a week, the club meets to strengthen writing skills with practice drills. The competition team is selected based on these practice pieces. The team competes by being judged on their responses to writing prompts at the district, regional, and state level.
