Power Outage is a scenario for the Destined superhero roleplaying game. Nascent powers are awakened in an unsuspecting group of people, and immediately their lives are in peril. Answers may lie in Gemelos City, but who can they trust? Where can they turn?
This introductory adventure is designed to demonstrate how the Destined rules work, but also makes a fine start to any superhero campaign.
