Like many, I am annoyed by some of the ridiculous methods employed to motivate and inspire others. The banners and posters with motivational quotes are the most common. These "tools" are a waste of resources and serve no purpose when an individual should be self- motivated to aspire to the quotesÕ desired purpose.
