This travel diary records the highs and lows of a French adventurer who travelled on his own in a 20 year old Russian car (a purple Lada) from Paris to Mongolia and back. This journey took him six months to complete as he drove through Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Mongolia and Russia.
The author tells us about his experience, from being detained by the KGB in a remote valley in Tadjikistan, to getting stuck with no valid visas in international waters and working with street kids in Mongolia and Russia.
