This is available for those who wish to have a printed copy of the e-issue, and the e-issue 'dollar' download is for those who want to print it out on their own with press ready quality (there's a free download for the Premier issue that is web-ready also downloadable a@ Lulu.com).
The print issue and print-ready e-issue are slightly marked up ( we make 8 cents for the print issue---to be applied towards the design of our upcoming portal), and 80 cents on the download, also to be applied to the design of our upcoming portal, and after that towards funding grassroots projects and maintenance)
