Raleigh House Project is a compilation of research on Downtown Raleigh in the Spring of 2013. It analyzes the city as a potential location for a small house to be designed, built, and sold by a recent graduate of NC State University's Architecture Program. It looks at potential design restrictions, current housing trends, cliental, and specific sites for the house project.
