For 28 years now, I have walked people through the process of learning to utilize speech recognition with CAT software to take down the record and produce the transcript ergonomically and efficiently.

The Breathing Matters section was penned by Sharon Lambert who is a retired, certified verbatim reporter and past president of the NVRA.
