This ÒRebuilding for MeÓ workbook was created for domestic violence survivors, by a domestic violence survivor. Within this workbook, you will be able to log resource contacts for rebuilding your life post domestic violence. You will be prompted to set personal goals towards rebuilding your life, as well as tracking your progression with those goals. You will be asked to complete weekly mental health check-ins and periodic evening reflection entries. There is also a section for you to write things you feel you need to say to those you should maintain no contact with to maintain your peaceÉ and (physical, mental, and emotional) safety.
