This book contains recipe titles, ingredients, cooking directions, plating tips, chef tips, and production guides for dishes created by Tyson Marden. These dishes can be licensed to companies with a desire to produce these dishes on a large scale and sell them in pre-packaged, partially cooked form to customers. The customers will then follow the directions given to them and, using the food provided, cook a meal for two people.
