AtriumÕs 8th Grade class of 2016, in conjunction with their Social Studies class (Genocide and Human Behavior) and art class (Community and Art), worked on a joint-curriculum, long-term project inspired by their Facing History and Ourselves studies, and their visit to Project SAVE Armenian Photograph Archives in Watertown. The overall project included research into the Armenian Genocide, the production of a body of paintings created by the students and an exhibition of the overall project at the Armenian Museum of America in Watertown, MA from June 5 to June 30, 2016.
