This book is a collection of essays and presentations that were delivered and/or published over a 35-year time span by Robert Hilton Ph.D, edited and collected by Michael Sieck, Ph.D. It does not show us how to be relational somatic psychotherapists, nor does it fully describe the many ways somatic therapists work. However it does really show us Ð therapists and clients alike Ð how to be in therapy and in relationship, what we can expect and what to look out for. In this sense, it is very much a Òhow toÓ book and this is another reason it is a Òmust readÓ for serious students of life.
