This book is a chronicle for the unique and wonderful establishment known of as Gallucci's Gym. It was 1975 and a new, hard-core gym opened in Connecticut. The gym was not fancy. It featured strong, home made equipment, hand-drawn signs and rugs that were held together with masking tape. Music blasted through three rooms and an underground "Zoo Club" where gym members learned how to properly weight train, proper nutrition and so much more. They learned camaraderie, competition, how to rely upon one another and much more about life through Big Joey's teachings. It was a simpler time; a time to forge a brotherhood of steel.
