Retrofit 40 was an eight-week summer studio course led by Assistant Professors Blake Belanger and Howard Hahn, and was comprised of seventeen landscape architecture students including non-baccalaureate masterÕs degree students entering their fourth year and post-baccalaureate masterÕs degree students entering their second year of study. As an academic research and design inquiry, the studio chose to approach dilemmas and opportunities of the corridor from a visionary perspective with a planning horizon of 2040 and beyond. Recognizing the challenges of current economic conditions, the studio also proposed progressive strategies to catalyze short-term interventions. This book documents the research, design, and results of Retrofit 40.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Blake Belanger","offers":[{"title":"Paperback","offer_id":44928702611617,"sku":"9781111122822","price":62.32,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0462\/1120\/3233\/files\/1nwgv22z-front-shortedge-384.jpg?v=1747529255","url":"https:\/\/bookswholesale.myshopify.com\/products\/retrofit-40","provider":"BooksWholesale","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
