Robert Delford Brown (b. 1930) was an important part of the Happenings, Fluxus, performance art, and mail art scene in the 1960s. In 1967 he founded the First National Church of the Exquisite Panic., Inc., which continues to this day on www.funkup.com. In this 156-page full-color catalog, edited and designed by New York City artist and writer Mark Bloch, the Guest Curator for a show at the Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, North Carolina, Brown's historic, fun, iconoclastic and controversial life and work are explored.
