There are so few books on the market offering Saudi Arabian recipes, that this book claims to fill a niche that is much needed. Expats living in Saudi Arabia, would do well to obtain this book. This would make both the shopping and the cooking of Saudi Arabian food so much easier and would make catering for and entertaining Arabian friends or VIP colleages less of a nightmare and more of a social pleasure.
