You are not alone. Many of us are caretakers to the point of pathology, meaning we take care of others so much that we lose ourselves and who we are. It can also lead us down a path of toxic relationship after toxic relationship and blind us to the signs that our natural intuition tries to signal in our hearts and minds. This book is an account of a short road in my journey that helped me to discover my patterns of relationships and ultimately detour down a different path to stop saving others and start saving myself.
