It all began as a doodling therapy I turned to, in order to cope with my grief. And it slowly molded itself into what it is today - a journaling notebook filled with tips for mental health with plenty of room for self reflection. The space around the text lines is intentional - to promote individual expression that isnÕt limited only to writing, but also doodling, drawing, etc.
This entire experience made me realize the power of channeling our pain, for the benefit of others. I hope this little journal serves as a useful addition to your toolbox of navigating this human experience we call life.
