Self Service is a comedy novel from author Matt Clay.
It's the story of Martin, a 30 something year old man who splits up with his girlfriend after a supposedly romantic holiday and realises his life is lacking in direction.
Through a series of increasingly more embarrassing incidents and dates, Martin attempts to find love but generally ends up in the beer aisle of his local supermarket.
Fast paced with strong language throughout, the book aims to make the reader laugh out loud on as many pages as possible.
