This installment of the series will explore the 2nd level of Black sash training in the art of Shaolin Kempo Kung-fu, a fusion of Traditional Shaolin Kung-Fu and Modern Kempo (Quan-Fa), covering a wide range of topics ranging from advanced fundamentals and drills to forms and self-defense techniques, style history to philosophical & martial concepts. This is a complete system of training based on the Chan Wu Yi of the Shaolin Temple.
