This book was written with those women in mind to help them understand the normal process of menstruation and the care needed to manage their monthly cycle.This book was originally designed as a give away to women in need of understanding, I have now made it available to young women in more affluent societies to also help them understand menstruation. Proceeds from the sale of this book go towards the education of female health in less affluent societies.
