But this book is not like those others. This book is a distillation of simple-to-learn techniques and easy-to-adopt lifestyle changes that can significantly improve the quality of your breathing, both in ninjutsu and in and your life. The book has been kept intentionally brief, but the interested reader can easily find additional material in these areas. I urge every reader to try the methods presented here. However, they must not be attempted casually, or with a half-hearted attitude. Follow them with the due seriousness that they deserve, with the commitment and dedication worthy of your goals: attaining greater health and, ultimately, enjoying a more productive life.
