This is a simplified logbook for diabetics wishing to track their blood glucose levels, carbs, and insulin. It was created by the parent of a Type 1 diabetic child frustrated with the other logbooks available. This log contains one page for each day. It is flexible in regards to when glucose readings occur (breakfast, after exercise, before bed, etc - enter whatever time or reason you'd like). In addition to a space for recording glucose levels, carb amounts, and insulin dose, it contains space for notes, and even a space to record what time a long-acting insulin was given. The book contains 60 days' worth of pages in order to keep it light, so it can be tucked into a diabetic supply bag, purse, or child's backpack or lunchbox.
