In this soft cover, black and white, two-book set, I have collected information and pictures from the families of my fatherÕs parents, Smiths and Kloses, in hopes of carrying them forward into the future, to their grandchildren and grandchildren through on-coming generations. Some were previously published; some information is new and unfinished. Information comes from many sources; the old tin suitcase on the cover, albums from many family members, publications by myself and other family members, Bible records, Facebook, and online records. Volume I of this set contains genealogical information on the Smith and Klose families. The second volume contains the bibliographical index for both volumes. Both volumes were designed to be used together; they are not stand-alone publications.
