This is the author's first chapter book for children from the age of seven up. She tells a story of a family transitioning from small city life to a farm in the country some eighty miles away. Their experiences create a deep interest in the children spending the summer with their grandparents. Many new experiences are entailed as they learn about farming and good old fashioned fun.
