Currently, there are approximately 50 meetings around the US and 5-7 meetings abroad. The membership of this group did not take to the eBook format despite the low cost and accessibility for those out of those areas where on-ground meetings occurred. They have asked for a paperback version to be used in meetings  The second edition includes all meeting materials included in the appendix that allows readers to start their own community based meetings.
