This collection of family favorite soup recipes was painstakingly taste-tested by our Las Cruces Thursday lunch gathering. In addition to the soup recipes, salad dressings, bread recipes and a few other well-tested and approved extras were added to the book, especially those recipes we tested in anticipation of the wedding of my dear niece. The recipes included in the book are those we liked the best.
