This book is a Biography and Retrospective about Northwest Artist Neil Meitzler. This text includes coverage of various aspects of Meitzler's life and work, as well as journal entries from the artist, himself. 'Spectra, Stream, Strata' was a part of the Neil Meitzler Retrospective featured in the Sheehan Gallery at Whitman College.
