This book is a simple and practical introduction to spirituality and prayer from the tradition of the Church of the East (Chaldean, Assyrian, and Syro-Malabar churches). The first part consists of short morning, evening and night prayers. The second section has a few devotionals to saints of the Church of the East and various prayers from Fathers Isaac of Nineveh and St. Ephrem. The last two sections offer a guide for confession and an explanation of the Mass using selections from 5th and 7th century Fathers, Mar Narsai and Gabriel Qatraya.
