His list of suspects grows as he uncovers corruption and conflict amongst a colorful cast of town characters. With the investigation underway, ArnieÕs middle-aged son Rodger falls for the beautiful woman newly sworn in as the mayorÕs replacement. But she appears to have much to gain from the untimely death of her mentor.
