Muriel Fahrion, artist behind the first Care Bears launch in 1981, heard stories from adults about how Care Bears comforted them as children. She believed what was needed more than ever was symbol in the form of
STAY at HOME BEAR. Enlisting the ink line finished work from Joey Baker a specialist in inking to create this coloring book to be used and also collected.
