The whole purpose of this book is to help inspire and give hope to people who are struggling. This book is mainly focused on helping those who have depression, anxiety, and/or bipolar disorder, anything like that. It's not fair that we have to fight, I know. That we have to go through such pain, and dark times. But maybe it's just life testing us, pushing us to get stronger. Who knows? Life is full of surprises, ups and downs, mysteries, questions. Life is crazy, and the only way to make it through, is to keep fighting. It's not easy on everyone, we all have made mistakes and gone through obstacles, so you're not alone. Keep fighting, and stay strong. It's a tough thing to do sometimes, but you got to try.
