What Your Journal Includes
Your journal includes 5 journal entries (per week), a training log, and food diary for each day. There is a section for your praise reports and prayers requests each week to witness how God is moving in your life. There are 60 training journals total for the season. The beginning of each season includes a personal record chart, to track of all your progress. Each month there is a goals setting section and at the end of every week there is a notes page for your thoughts and ideas.
