"Supernatural Ballads" is a work for SATB choir and brass band. It uses three Scottish supernatural ballads, "Sir Patrick Spens", "The Twa Corbies" and "The Wife of Usher's Well". Lasting just over 17 minutes, it should not challenge either choirs or bands overmuch: it is written to be performed by a wide range of musicians.
