Why publish a series of urban or architectural projects on an existing part of the city? What does this work contain that is worth knowing even by those who have not been directly involved in it? The idea is not to present exemplary work, nor a model of reference. The publication represents an urban economic vision, a project scenario of technically feasible investments, defined according to bioclimatic and ecological criteria, inserted in an urban condition of potential growth. Cities transform and evolve together with man. Investments and new relationships with the environment design and urban development scenarios. Statistical forecasts exalt the city as a place of conflicts, inequalities, which lead to imagine projects as real opportunities for growth, not only economic, but of conception and thought. Designing a new urban being is the challenge of contemporaneity, to be sought in quality, sustainability, and beauty. This can be a first step towards a true urban renaissance.
