Matthew Cepican is a musician, songwriter, founding member of the Executive Producers Club and Founder and Treasurer of the International Quint Cities Festival nonprofit corporation. He earned his degree from University of Iowa and paralegal from University of California Riverside. The Luxembourg Mix is the anthology of the EPC Book, the International Tastemaker Fest Thesis, the International Quint Cities Festival and, the IQCF 2022 with new chapters. The compositional design of the Luxembourg Mix is an educational textbook employed in college and university classrooms and civic planning environments.
