Matthew Cepican is a songwriter, founding member of the Executive Producers Club and the Founder and Treasurer of the International Quint Cities Festival nonprofit corporation. He earned his degree from University of Iowa and paralegal from University of California Riverside. The Strausburg EP the IQCF 2024 is an in depth revision of the Luxembourg Mix with new chapters including reviews of the IQCF 2023 bands and grants mosaic. The Strausburg EP the IQCF 2024 is the reflection of the new changes the IQCF observed in 2023.
