Matthew Cepican is a songwriter and the Founder and Treasurer of the International Quint Cities Festival nonprofit corporation. He earned his degree from University of Iowa and paralegal from University of California Riverside. The QC EP the IQCF 2025 is an in depth revision of the Gothenburg Mix with new chapters including reviews of the IQCF 2024 bands and grants mosaic. The QC EP the IQCF 2025 is the reflection of the new changes the IQCF observed in 2024.
