John Baxter Edmondson was born in Knox County, TN and died there in 1875. His wife Polly Crawford, daughter of Samuel Crawford and Nancy Forgey, was born in Knox County in 1797 and died in 1859.
This book has a considerable section on the family of Samuel Crawford and Nancy Forgey.
