Students from the Urban Assembly Unison School in Brooklyn, NY wrote, illustrated and published their own storybook. In teams, they developed their concept, created a storyboard and designed illustrations for their final product. The Lost Orphan tells an inspiring rags-to-riches story of AJ Styles. Born into hardship, AJ uses writing raps as a way cope with the world around him and better his life and the lives of others. In The Locker, you meet Timmy, your average middle-school boy who is tormented by the class bully. When things get pushed too far, Timmy finds some friends who help him stand up for himself.
