The Beatles were the ones who changed pop from being all about singles to being all about the long playing artistic vision of the 12 incher. I thought it would be nice to review the official albums they made for England and the U.S. from my own warped point of view. I would cover not only the classic Beatles canon but the outtakes, the live recordings, and the compilations. But why stop there? What about the dozens upon dozens of solo releases from John, Paul, George, and Ringo? Plus, letÕs not forget all those records from the Plastic Ono Band, Wings, and the Traveling Wilburys. From 1963 to 2016 the public has been treated to album after album, some delightful, some atrocious. I thought it would be a fabulous idea to rate them side by side in one volume for your shopping convenience. So thatÕs what I did.
