Children growing up and just learning to speak, especially in a large family with a lot of siblings, are an endless source of entertainment coming out as they do with the most amusing vocabulary based on their incomplete understanding of proper word usage.
In their formative years the Brodie children provided a very good example of this endearing aspect of family interaction.
