The BASF from its inception was designed to be a statement of the ÒOne FaithÓ taught in the Bible. The brief propositions were all supported by numerous quotations, for brevity these were not printed in full (as they are in this copy), but just the references given. But as the copy contained in this book illustrates the Statement mainly consists of Scripture with very brief explanations.
