She came from a long- lost land, born of a line of undefeated warriors. MOON GIRL arrived in America to find a prince she desired, and she ultimately convinced him to join her in fighting against crime and evil. Together they battled the likes of Satana, Mabelene, Invaders from Venus, Lurani, and Undina, and their adventures became increasingly amazing, colorful and memorable.
The first issue was titled MOON GIRL AND THE PRINCE before becoming just MOON GIRL for a few more issues. #7-8 were titled MOON GIRL FIGHTS CRIME to take advantage of the rising popularity of crime comics. This collection brings you all her exciting stories from these issues!
We made a few editorial decisions when assembling this great volume. While it contains the complete adventures of MOON GIRL, we removed most of the back-up features and commercial ads; the book is pricey enough without you paying for shoe ads or one-page humor. Although she is narrator in one story of A MOON, A GIRL... ROMANCE (#9 in the sequence) we don't need that.....it has nothing to do with MOON GIRL.
