The carnival has comes to town.
Everyone loves Joe, the smiling clown
even the fire breather has noticed him.
After a mix-up with the land, the carnival
has little choice in location. It sets up
near an old graveyard. Joe hears the
voices. Tiamat has fallen in love in with
Joe, but no one can tame the dragon
lady. She has to prove to everyone and
herself that dragons are strong and
fierce. What happens when the dragon
lady breaths fire?
